Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Ontario’s courts.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

1. Services
Avise Digital offers digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, branding, and email automation. All services provided will be subject to the agreed scope outlined in your contract or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely responses to requests from Avise Digital. Failure to provide required materials or approvals may result in delays.

3. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice or contract. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received on time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of work private. This includes business data, strategies, and personal information.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and strategies developed by Avise Digital during the provision of services remain the intellectual property of Avise Digital unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients will have the rights to use any deliverables in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
Avise Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, email marketing tools) to execute services. Avise Digital is not responsible for changes, disruptions, or issues caused by these platforms.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel services with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding payments for work completed up until cancellation must be settled. Avise Digital reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms or behaves inappropriately.

9. Amendments
Avise Digital reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
